Claims Procedure

1.In case of illness or accident treatment: Call 400 810 5119, press 1 to speak with a rescue doctor for a health consultation, medical guidance, and instructions for claims. If the doctor confirms after consultation and outpatient treatment that further hospitalization is necessary, you can apply for hospitalization advance payment through the rescue company. After communication between the rescue company and the hospital, a decision will be made on whether to start the hospitalization payment procedure.

The rescue company will not provide hospitalization advance payment for cases that did not undergo consultation and outpatient treatment first (including situations where hospitalization is requested without sufficient medical need). If you do not follow the procedure, any self-paid medical expenses will not be reimbursed.

2.For major incidents, report using the following contact information:

Claims consultation and reporting phone number: 400 810 5119, press 1.

If no report is made via the 400 hotline or the procedure is not followed, no reimbursement will be provided.
